Made for my next 2D side scroller flash game, after MIU SIM.
The Sequel to: [link] OSV Eclipse You'll play the top left fighter jet. :] Made in flash, textured and edited in Photoshop. Yep.. That's the real in-game sprite I'll use. Just have to edit it so that the wings move up and down and such. I'll also do a pic showing the high res painting of the ships. Oh.. and those who don't know German history... The 19th century Reichsflagge is harmless. It was before the most evil days of the NSDAP. I just love those colors and cross. |

I then created, over the scanned pencil sketch, the line-work with flash's line tool and filled in the empty shapes with gradients... Once the basic gradient/detailed pic was done it was sent to photoshop where it got a few layers of shadows and highlights brushed on it.
As for the different schemes and such they were done by using either photos for textures or brushed patterns such as the desert camo.
